LOGANSTANFORTH, I'm working on putting together something for my trucks as well. I know this is technically a Ford question but asking in the Ford forum got me 50 places to buy king pin knuckles and not a single ball joint knuckle for a 97 and older F series. I can get all the parts to do so from name brand suppliers locally or online BUT the knuckles, I cannot find new ball joint Ford Dana 60 knuckles, does anybody know where they can be bought new? And when I say complete, I mean complete, all you have to do is pop your steering, ball joints, and u-joint and bolt everything else on in it's place, every single bolt, nut, pin, ball-joints, hubs, stub shaft, lockouts, EVERYTHING!!! I already have the EMS Off-Road kit on my 96 2500 but I'd like to start sourcing all the parts needed to offer a complete, brand new, bolt on free spin kit for a Dodge 2500 or dually 3500 that has nothing custom built in it. I have been trying to price out a 30 and 35 spline free spin kit from 'factory' Ford parts because I personally would like to have factory parts on my 96 Dodge than a aftermarket, one off, custom spindle that can't be readily replaced if damaged, and with the Ford knuckles you can run a Ford caliper and it will have better brakes. I have been looking for a source for factory replacement ball joint Ford knuckles and spindles.
